“My wife and I went to the Pacific Hwy location to get a storage unit and we were helped by Joe. He was fantastic he took the time to show us the units that were available and could not have been a better gentleman. He answered all my wife’s questions with a smile. Great service from Joe. If you go there for storage unit be sure to thank him for his service in the military, he was in combat in Vietnam, he was wearing his veteran of Vietnam hat when we went there, so be sure to give him the respect he and all are military service members deserve!! Thanks Joe!!!.”

There are a number of items you cannot store at StaxUP Storage.
You cannot store combustible materials because of the threat of them catching fire. These items include fireworks, fuel tanks, fertilizer, paint thinner, and so on. If it seems like it'll easily catch fire, avoid storing it. You also cannot store firearms.
You cannot store living animals or plants. Do not treat a storage space as a replacement for a proper pet sitter. Not only are storage spaces not built for people or animals to live in them, but the food you leave out for your pets could also attract pests. Similarly, plant soil could attract pests as well.
You cannot store food of any type including, but not limited to, canned foods, perishable foods, dry foods, or pet food for similar reasons. Food will attract pests and will cause an infestation in your storage space and spread to others.
Lastly, you cannot store illegal items such as prohibited weapons, illicit drugs, drug paraphernalia, and stolen items. If it's not legal to house it elsewhere, you cannot store it here.
You do need a lock to secure your storage space. If you do not have a lock, we offer locks for sale here at StaxUP Storage.
You absolutely can rent your storage unit online at StaxUP Storage. We only need to collect a few pieces of information and can have the whole process done in less time than it takes to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning.
You don't need a reservation to rent a storage space here at StaxUP Storage.
However, a reservation does ensure that you'll be able to secure the exact space you need. If you spot a deal or low price for a certain space, you will need to reserve that space at that time to lock in that price.
Otherwise, you can just complete the rental online, or give us a call and we will rent the unit over the phone whenever you're ready.

“Place is conveniently located and the price can't be beat. There was a small leak in my unit when the trench and downpour happened and they had a maintenance man there within 6 hours and took care of me above and beyond. Brandy, the brains of the outfit and hour have been very accommodating to my needs. I have zero complaints..”

“I’m not sure why they would ask me to post a review. Keeping my stuff in storage here was a constant source of frustration. In an ideal world, you rent a storage unit, you put stuff in it, and you move on with your life. Not so here. The long story of my experience with Staxup doesn’t even matter. The fact is I would have most likely left my things in the storage unit there for at least another year. But the last of several times they cut my lock and tried to charge me for a new one claiming they didn’t have a copy of my key for their inspections, (which they did) was the last time I was going to deal with their nonsense. Maybe you’ll have better luck, but I’ve moved my things to another storage location and I haven’t had any problems since..”
