You cannot store food of any type including, but not limited to, canned foods, perishable foods, dry foods, or pet food for similar reasons. Food will attract pests and will cause an infestation in your storage space and spread to others.

āI was warned about theft. But I didnāt believe it, till it happened to me. The storage and cleaning women go through your belongings when youāre not there. No one had my key but me and the people that ran the storage. They emptied a crazy amount of my things and I paid every month and kept my storage clean. I stopped coming by for a while because I was getting ready to move. When I returned most of my stuff was missing. With a few random huge elderly peopleās clothes and some boys clothes. When I left, I talked to a few people who used to store there things there, and thatās exactly why theywhat left. Way too much theft from the people that work there. You get what you pay for I guess..ā
āThe girl who was covering the front desk (Irlene) was absolutely amazing! HOWEVER, she was only filling in because they are short staffed. She was the only bright spot in what seems to be an UNSECURE facility. Here's the HORRIBLY SCARY PART: SHE WAS THE ONLY STAFF MEMBER ON DUTY IN A LARGE FACILITY WITH SHADY CHARACTERS ALL OVER THE PLACE ( random foot traffic walking through the parking lot from the trolley) ALSO, I LEARNED THAT SOMETIMES THERE IS NO STAFF MEMBER ON DUTY!!! THAT'S CRAAAAAAAAZY! Given the location and the fact that anyone can walk into the parking lot and then into the building when no staff is on-duty or doing rounds. RECIPIE FOR DISASTER. To top it off, some of the cameras were not working as evidenced by the"VIDEO DOWN" message on the monitor. Also, the video feed is in the back of the staff so they don't even see it if they are speaking to a customer or out of the office!!! Definitely understaffed in a busy and potentially horrible location with no way of keeping out random traffic. Anyone can cruise through or hang out in the parking lot. NOT WILLING TO PLACE MY VALUABLES THERE (even with the $2,000 renters insurance for an extra $12 a month). My laptop? OH HELL NO! My DJ speakers- are you kidding? My keyboard? seriously? The guy hanging out in his car would scope it out soon as I took it out my vehicle. No thank you. DON'T GET ME WRONG THOUGH, I THINK THIS IS A GREAT SPOT TO STORE YOUR DIRTY LAUNDRY AND HOPE YOU DON'T GET BED BUGS OR ROACHES FROM PPL EATING IN THEIR UNITS. BUT I WOULDN'T STORE ANYTHING VALUABLE THERE. Though IRLENE IS A GEM WITH SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE ( which is the only reason I rented) I immediately turned around and cancelled my unitl getting a refund, (Thank you Irlene, I hope you get promoted with a raise or work for a company that deserves you). This place needs to hire additional staff immediately for the security of peoples belongings. IF YOU ARE STORING ANYTHING EXPENSIVE, Spend the extra money and go to Extra Space down the street where they always have 2-3 staff members on duty and one guy doing rounds all day and night. Twice the price but you sleep easier at night..ā
