4.8 “My husband went to our unit last night to drop some things off and search for specific things I had requested and made a mistake of not paying attention to the exact time. I am currently in Florida and pregnant and was sleeping when an additional text was sent to my phone for a code to let him out due it to being after hours so he was locked in there all night and had to sleep in his car until someone finally was able to open the gate for him this morning. While it was an honest mistake on our part, it exposes a major safety issue that someone can be trapped inside the facility with no emergency exit override. To make matters worse, the manager called me today and was extremely rude. She immediately treated us as if we maliciously broken the rules, rather than acknowledging a stressful accidental situation. I think my husband was punished enough by being trapped overnight and I surely did not deserve her verbal harassment. We pay our bill every month on the date it is due and this was only our second time ever even going there. I promise you my husband is not trying to store himself and his vehicle in your facility. Beware of the time and Patricia.”
