“When you guys took over, you acted like putting on new doors was a big deal. It's not like we live here. We just store stuff here..”
“EDIT: I am updating my review to add that when I asked about increases, they said 10% a year would be the increase. Today after less than 5 months, I was given an increase from 68$ to 88$ dollars. There is either a miscommunication on what increases are or this is predatory practice. Either way I will be moving out. I do not like to be lied to. Very disappointed and will not be staying on for 88 a month. PREVIOUS REVIEW: I have had the best experience with StaxUP. I was renting a different place closer to me but they weren't as clean. I was able to reserve my unit online and access it with ease. I am challenged when it comes to online stuff, but I had NO trouble. I called ahead and spoke to Brandi and she explained the process to me ahead of time. Everything took a total of 10 minutes. The facility is modern, clean and they have the best security. They also have hand trucks (like Costco) to haul your stuff inside from the car. I love having my Christmas and Halloween junk out of my apartment. This is the best storage facility I've ever utilized. THANK YOU TO BRANDI..”
