“My complaint is about the manager Kathy. I recently had a storage here and one day as I was exiting this careless individual piggy backed me and caused the arm of the gate to hit his truck. Kathy then added an admin fee of $150 to my acct. I wasn’t allowed to pay my storage until I paid that $150. So I contacted Gary the district mgr. I was hoping for him to allow me to pay my storage and work with me in paying the $150. When I went to talk to Kathy in good faith. She was bitter and opposed any plan to work it out. I told her I’m not asking for any freebies but to work something out because it was Christmas time and I had to balance my budget. She said it wasn’t fair because I knew Gary. I ended up loosing thousands of dollars worth of equipment because I was unable to pay for the accumulated fees. I tried 3 times to pay it before it was too late..”

“I had a very upsetting experience at this storage facility. My unit was broken into with what felt like very little effort, and the lack of security in and around my unit made the situation feel preventable and possibly premeditated. I lost important personal documents, sentimental belongings, and irreplaceable memories that I will never be able to get back. What’s especially frustrating is that coded entry doors were installed only after the robbery, which raises the question of why stronger security measures weren’t in place sooner. On top of that, the required insurance does not cover many of the items people typically store, something I unfortunately didn’t learn until after the loss. While I regret not researching the facility more, I never expected to become a victim of burglary at a place that is supposed to provide secure storage. This experience has been extremely disappointing and emotionally distressing. The manager is nice and I felt her sympathy for what happened..”
“This is a great storage facility, the only issue I’ve had is that security isn’t all that great. It is easy to have access in and out of the facility and all the main doors to every storage warehouse are open. There are no lock or security codes. They just broke in to my storage facility unit and seemed like it was super easy to break in. Could upgrade on security!.”
